Terms of Service
1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Mug Boutique UK website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions? Email mugboutiqueuk@gmail.com.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We offer bulk discounts — 5% off when you buy 2 mugs and 10% off when you buy 3 or more — applied to eligible items in the same order. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or was mispriced.
3. Personalised & Custom Mugs
For custom mugs we print directly from the text and images you provide. Please double check all spelling, names, and image selections before submitting your order — we cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer spelling mistakes or low-quality images uploaded by the user. Final printed ink colours may vary slightly from the digital proofs displayed on your screen due to monitor calibrations and the natural properties of ceramic sublimation coatings. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any images you upload, and that they are not unlawful, offensive or infringing.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We use PayPal to securely process PayPal payments and major credit and debit card transactions. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
5. Delivery
Mugs are printed and dispatched from the UK. Custom and made-to-order mugs may take a few extra working days to produce. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed; risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our returns terms are set out in our Returns Policy. In summary: non-customised mugs can be returned within 14 days; personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel under UK consumer law; damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery.
7. Liability & Governing Law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
